We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Cafe Manager

to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
Team Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cafe staff Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service Conduct performance reviews and handle staff issues professionally Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service etiquette
Customer Experience

Deliver outstanding guest experience and handle customer feedback or complaints Build strong relationships with regular customers Ensure consistent service quality and brand standards
Inventory & Cost Control

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels Minimize wastage and control food & beverage costs Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Sales & Business Growth

Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies Support marketing initiatives and local promotions
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
