Job Description

An outlet manager at a cafe is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. Specific duties may include:

Managing staff: This may involve hiring, training, and scheduling employees, as well as setting goals and expectations for performance.

Overseeing the quality of products and services: This may involve ensuring that all food and drink items are prepared according to company standards, and that customer service is consistently excellent.

Managing inventory and supplies: This may involve ordering and tracking inventory levels, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Monitoring and analyzing financial data: This may involve tracking sales, profits, and expenses, and making decisions to optimize financial performance.
