Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer experiences.

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards.

- help in billing and customer handling whenever needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management.
