Job Title: Cafe Manager

Location: Cafe Pekoe, Patna

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Restaurent Manager to join our team at Cafe Pekoe, Patna, under the Dalmia Gold Tea group. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in cooking, food preparation, packing, serving, cleaning, and purchasing duties to ensure the smooth operation of our cafe. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the cafe team

- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms

- Purchase food and kitchen materials as required

- Manage stock and inventory levels

- Assist in maintaining cafe equipment and utensils

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices

- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods

- Graduation or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

- Certification in food safety and handling

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
