About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling shifts for baristas, head chef, sous chef, housekeeping staff, etc.
2. Monitoring daily expenses and collection of payments and in turn, managing the revenue generated
3. Coordinating with vendors and manager ordering supplies like coffee, milk, vegetables, etc. as needed
4. Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
5. Adding new menu items based on seasonality and customers' preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
6. Nurturing friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in managing a cafe or restaurant
2. Team management skills
3. Ability to work under pressure
