Cafe Manager
to handle front office, administrative, and daily operational activities of our premium cafe. The ideal candidate should have prior cafe/restaurant experience and the ability to manage operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations and ensure excellent customer coordination
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Maintain records, billing details, staff attendance, and daily reports
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Manage social media pages (basic posting, replies, and updates)
Assist in stock maintenance and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth and efficient daily cafe operations
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
Degree qualification
(Any stream)
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant is mandatory
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge, including
MS Excel and record maintenance
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality administration
Social media handling (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Professional attitude with a customer-friendly approach
Age Limit
20 to 40 years
Salary
?18,000 - ?30,000 per month
Best in the industry (Salary based on experience & skills)
