The Cafe Crew Member will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a warm and welcoming cafe experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS billing systems.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area, counters, and seating zones.
Follow standard operating procedures for food safety and hygiene.
Manage cash and billing accurately.
Restock inventory and ensure supplies are adequately maintained.
Assist in opening and closing activities of the cafe.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred). (Freshers are also welcome)
Prior experience in a cafe, QSR, or F&B outlet is desirable.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe equipment is an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.
Work Schedule:
11 hours shifts , 6 days working
Uniform and grooming standards must be maintained as per company policy.
