Cafe Chef
to lead the kitchen and deliver memorable culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of cafe-style dishes, snacks, and beverages.
Develop creative menus featuring local and international flavors.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness as per resort standards.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Train and supervise kitchen staff when required.
Coordinate with the resort management for smooth cafe operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Chef / Cafe Chef / Commis Chef
in a cafe, bistro, or resort.
Knowledge of continental, Indian, and cafe-style cuisines.
Passion for food innovation and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
