Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and cafe items according to Nescafe Cafe standards.
Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries quickly and politely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including seating areas, counter, and equipment.
Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting low-stock items.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and efficient cafe experience.
Qualification
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer-service role is preferred (but not always required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
