Cafe Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a warm and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take and prepare orders for beverages, snacks, and light meals. Operate cafe equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the cafe, including dining, service, and preparation zones. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper billing procedures. Assist in opening and closing duties as per shift schedule. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
