Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and guide them with kiosk-based ordering Assist customers in understanding the menu and placing orders Take customer feedback and report to the Cafe Manager Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service area Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe and dining area Follow service standards and instructions from the Cafe Manager

HS pass

Freshers can apply

Good communication skills Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude Willingness to learn and work in a team Prior cafe or customer service experience is an added advantage
