: Crew Member - QSR Outlet

Position: Crew Member

Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Crew Members to join our Quick Service Restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in QSR operations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble food items such as pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and other menu products as per company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and customer areas.

Assist with order taking, billing, and customer service activities.

Follow food safety guidelines and ensure quality checks during preparation.

Support daily restaurant operations including inventory, packing, and serving.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Manage tasks efficiently during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a QSR outlet.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preference given to candidates with pizza, burger, and sandwich-making experience.

Valid driving licence preferred/required (based on outlet needs).

Ability to read and understand basic English; moderate communication skills in English.

Flexible to work in rotational or shift timings including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
