Cafe & Boating Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our cafe and boating activities. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, maintain safety standards for boating experiences, and drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising cafe operations, managing inventory, handling bookings, coordinating boating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering a memorable guest experience. Strong leadership, multitasking ability, and a passion for hospitality and outdoor experiences are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day cafe operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and customer service Oversee boating operations: scheduling, safety checks, staff coordination, and guest briefing Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Monitor financial performance and report operational metrics Foster a positive team culture and maintain high service standards
