Core Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, making recommendations, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

Food & Beverage Prep:

Preparing and serving hot/cold drinks (coffee, tea) and snacks (pastries, sandwiches) to recipe standards.

Cash Handling:

Operating POS/cash registers, processing payments accurately, managing floats, and cashing up.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Cleaning tables, washing dishes/utensils, wiping down counters, cleaning equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and ensuring the cafe is tidy.

Inventory & Stocking:

Stocking displays, rotating stock, checking levels, reporting low items, receiving deliveries, and putting away stock. Health & Safety:Following all hygiene, food safety (temperature checks), and health regulations.
Key Skills Needed

Strong customer service & communication. Multi-tasking & time management. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods.
Typical Tasks

Making espresso-based drinks and other beverages. Setting up and closing down service areas. Assisting with light food prep (sandwiches, salads). Clearing tables and managing waste. Training is usually provided on-the-job.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
