- Supervise and manage day-to-day cafe operations.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate staff members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Oversee cafe ambience, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.
- Analyze sales, control costs, and optimize operational workflows.
