\xe2\x80\x93 Cafe All Rounder - CAR This is a cafe staff position at Think Caffee whose duties are to perform and manage miscellaneous works of cafe, maintain hygiene and other allied services. She/He will have the following duties and responsibilities - Responsibilities and Duties 1. Preparing the tables for use and arranging furniture in place. 2. Handle/work/assist in food and beverage preparation including using all the equipment\xe2\x80\x99s required for the same. 3. Providing backup to other cafe employees. 4. Check adherence of all food, safety codes, and licenses as required for smooth operation for the day-to-day activities of the caf\xc3\xa9 /caf\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\x99s in coordination with Chef/Manager. 5.Participate in training programs and handle POS once training is done 6. Clearing away used dishes and cutlery from tables when customers leave. 7.Maintain spotlessly clean, safe caf\xc3\xa9/caf\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\x99s at all times, clear tables, serve orders. 8.Be a part of marketing and branding campaigns and events. 9. Interact with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 10th/12th+/Diploma passouts, preferably with experience in hospitality industry/cafe. Should be organised, customer friendly, ready to learn and adapt, basic communication skills, passionate to work with team members is added advantage. Freshers with no work experience will be considered. Salary As per experience and industry standards.
