Key Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive cafe experience.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle billing and cash transactions as per company procedure.
Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints politely and promptly.
Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve north indian food and snacks, beverage, juices, etc.
Follow presentation, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the manager.
Hygiene & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, tables, counters, and service areas.
Follow FSSAI food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Ensure equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
