Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Daily Operations: Ensuring smooth service during all shifts, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
Staff Management: Scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance management of cafe staff.
Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Financial Management: Handling petty cash, preparing reports, and potentially monitoring payroll and revenue.
Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
