The Team Member (Barista) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Beverage & Food Preparation

Prepare all CCD beverages including coffees, teas, frappes, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes.

Prepare and serve cafe food items such as sandwiches, desserts, and snacks.

Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all items served.

2. Customer Service & Order Taking

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Provide product suggestions and upsell menu items when required.

Manage billing at the POS system and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer queries or complaints.

3. Cafe Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including counters, tables, equipment, and serving area.

Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per CCD policy.

Ensure proper cleaning of machines and equipment at regular intervals.

4. Cafe Operations

Assist in stock management--checking inventory, replenishing supplies, and proper storage of ingredients.

Follow opening and closing procedures of the cafe.

Support the Cafe Manager and team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.

5. Teamwork & Professional Conduct

Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.

Participate in training sessions and skill-building workshops conducted by CCD.

Required Skills & Attributes

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and food handling (training will be provided).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,500.51 - ?19,118.25 per month
