Job Title: Cafe Staff

Location: Waghodia Road, Vadodara

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Cafe Crew to join our team. This role involves assisting in daily cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

Prepare and serve drinks and simple food items according to standard recipes.

Handle takeaway and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe, kitchen, and dining area.

Wash and organize utensils, equipment, and workstations.

Support team members and follow instructions from supervisors and management.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player, willing to learn and adapt.

Basic understanding of handling cash/POS systems is a plus (training provided).

Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment & Shifts:

Fast-paced cafe setting.

Rotational shifts: 7 AM - 4 PM / 3 PM - 12 AM

Salary: ₹8,000 - ?10,000 per month
