Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

female cafe staff member

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service, preparing beverages and light food items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming cafe atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Take and process orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages. Assist in food preparation (sandwiches, salads, pastries, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area. Restock supplies and ensure displays are neat and appealing. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally. Support colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team. Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation. Ability to stand for long periods and multitask. Neat, presentable appearance and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to learn and adapt to cafe operations.

Preferred Attributes:

Barista or food handling certification (optional but beneficial). Team player with a positive attitude. Passion for coffee and customer service.
