8th Day Cafe & Bakery is hiring Server Barista. Please find below the criteria:

POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES

Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items , answering questions, and accepting orders and payments

Prepare Coffee orders including all types of Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino, and other special drinks

Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers

Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion

Updating signage and displays to attract customers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and washrooms

Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed

Follow all healthy and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Xth Pass or above (Candidate should basic understanding of English)

Experience in food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred

Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation

Exceptional Listening and communication skills

Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods

Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings , weekends and holidays.

Ready to work in shifts

Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

Willingness to work as a part of high energy , efficient team in a fast paced environment

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
