Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Cafe Manager / Store Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day cafe operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates with experience in

Cafe, QSR, or Bakery

environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cafe operations including billing, cash handling, and customer service Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth service flow Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback Monitor sales, reduce wastage, and improve overall store performance Maintain operational standards and company policies

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in

Cafe / QSR / Bakery

industry Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality customer service Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems Ready to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
