The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the cafe outlet, covering operations, staff, customer service, inventory, and sales. The role ensures smooth daily functioning, adherence to brand standards, achievement of sales and profitability goals, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Duties &Responsibility of Manager: -
Oversee and coordinate daily cafe operations.
Monitor customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise, schedule, and train staff for operational efficiency.
Track daily sales, manage cash, and control expenses.
Maintain stock levels, minimize wastage, and oversee procurement.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
Drive upselling, promotions, and local marketing campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Daily Cash deposit to Bank Account for previous day cash sales amount and post the deposit challan through WhatsApp group.
Petty Cash vouchers, Milk bills and all other exp bill submit Accounts dept every week without fail.

Purchase Activities:
Maintaining inventory & stock
Maintained the records (Inventory Reports, Purchase Requests, Supplier Evaluation Reports, Order Status Reports, Usage Reports, Compliance and Audit Reports)
Maintained the records (Batch Entry, Wastage Entry, Daily Physical Stock Verification records, Monthly Closing Stock Records,)
Operation Activities:
Should follow the checklist & SOP
Handle customer complaints in Outlets.
Schedules periodic food and beverage service staff meetings
Ensures product quality and great service.
Priorities tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
Ensure outlet - dining area, kitchen should clean & hygiene
Should follow FIFO & LIFO.
Kitchen operation:
Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.

Experience: -
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration (preferred).
Education: -
3-5 years of experience in F&B, QSR, or cafe/restaurant outlet management, with at least 2 years
in a supervisory/managerial role.
