Responsibilities:

Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow. Perform hands-on tasks: beverage preparation, serving customers, billing, stock refilling, and maintaining cleanliness. Lead and guide staff; conduct shift briefings; ensure discipline and grooming standards. Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality. Monitor inventory, equipment, and report shortages. Maintain shift logs and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
