Cafe & Bakery Staff - Sangha Nova Resort (Rishikesh)

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh

Sangha Nova is a luxury wellness and longevity resort in Tapovan. Our cafe and bakery are the heart of the resort -- serving fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented food to international guests.

We are now hiring for the following full-time positions:

Cafe & Bakery Manager

- Minimum 2 years of cafe or bakery management experience

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Responsible for operations, hygiene, and guest satisfaction

Barista / Coffee Artist

- Skilled in espresso and latte art

- Friendly, calm, and professional attitude

- Experience in premium cafes preferred

Bakery Chef / Pastry Expert

- Expertise in artisan bread, cakes, cookies, or healthy desserts

- Knowledge of vegan or gluten-free baking is a plus

Service & Counter Staff*

- Fluent in English

- Warm, professional, and guest-focused
