Construction of high quality FE meshes and models of complete body , Closures & chassis subsystems and components.

Conduct non-linear ABAQUS FE solutions for fatigue and strength evaluation.Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable Experience range 5-7 Years with strong know of Abaqus software Strong model building skills using Ansa /Hyper mesh. Strong Experience in BIW,closures & suspension Conduct nCode fatigue post-processing to evaluate fatigue life. Clear, confident presentation and documentation of engineering conclusions. Lead research activities to develop new and improve existing CAE methods. Occasional test validation and investigations related to FE models and test requirements. When performance concerns arise from CAE validation, the candidate will be responsible for developing appropriate countermeasure plans and work closely with design departments for implementation.
