About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

CAD Designer

with hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) in operating a

PET Acoustic CNC cutting machine

. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D design files, preparing layouts for acoustic panel production, and operating the CNC machine to produce high-quality finished panels.

Key Responsibilities

Create precise

2D CAD drawings

for PET acoustic panels and related products. Develop design layouts based on customer requirements or internal concepts. Prepare CNC-ready files and toolpaths for cutting. Operate and maintain the

CNC cutting machine

safely and efficiently. Inspect finished panels for accuracy, quality, and finish. Modify and optimize designs for production efficiency. Collaborate with the production team for design improvements. Maintain cleanliness & basic maintenance of the CNC workstation. Ensure all work is completed within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

CorelDRAW

,

Illustrator

, or similar 2D design software. Strong understanding of

2D design

, dimensions, scaling, and layout preparation. Experience with

CNC machines

(preferred) or willingness to be trained. Ability to generate clean, machine-ready design files. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret client requirements. Good sense of design aesthetics, patterns, and panel layouts. Basic knowledge of machine safety and workshop handling.

Preferred

Experience with

PET acoustic panel design

. Knowledge of

CAM software

(e.g., ArtCAM, VCarve, Fusion 360). Prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or signage/CNC industry.
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
