Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

CADD Designer

with a strong background in the

construction field

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural, structural, and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other CADD tools. The candidate should be able to interpret engineering sketches, site plans, and specifications accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify

2D and 3D construction drawings

using AutoCAD or related software. Prepare

architectural layouts, structural detailing, and site development plans

. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy in design documentation. Review and correct drawings based on feedback from the design and construction teams. Maintain project documentation and drawing records according to company standards. Ensure compliance with local construction standards, codes, and regulations. Support on-site teams with updated drawings and design modifications as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree. Minimum

3 years of experience

as a CADD Designer in the

construction industry

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

,

SketchUp

, or other relevant design tools. Good understanding of

construction drawings, detailing, and materials

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in

BIM modeling

Knowledge of

MEP drawings

. Familiarity with

quantity estimation and BOQ preparation

.

Salary:

Based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
