Job Requirements

We are seeking a proficient C++/ADA Developer with solid development skills and strong problem-solving attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining safety-critical embedded software using ADA (Version ADA-95) or C++ in an Agile development environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain software components using ADA (Version ADA-95) or C++.

Utilize development environments such as GNAT Studio or Visual Studio for code development and debugging. Manage code versioning and collaboration workflows using Git. Work in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban) and actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Work with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ALM, or equivalent for task and defect tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Test, System, Design) to develop solutions that meet functional and safety requirements. Analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and implement them in a structured and efficient way. Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with stakeholders.

Work Experience

6+ years of experience in ADA development (Version ADA-95) or C++. Hands-on experience with GNAT Studio or Visual Studio IDE. Strong knowledge of Git for version control. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience using ticketing tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar. Strong problem-solving attitude with ability to analyze and resolve development issues. Excellent development skills with attention to software quality and safety. Good communication and collaboration skills.
