Job Summary:

The CAD Trainer is responsible for training students in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit, and other related tools. The trainer should ensure students gain practical knowledge and develop skills for real-world design and drafting applications in mechanical, civil, electrical, or architectural fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical classes on CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.). Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises. Guide students through hands-on design projects and assignments. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest CAD tools, versions, and industry trends. Support students in portfolio preparation and project presentations. Conduct workshops, seminars, and technical sessions when required. Assist in course development and curriculum updates.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in one or more CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA, Creo, etc.). Strong knowledge of design principles and drafting standards. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. Patience, leadership, and a student-friendly attitude.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering. Certification in CAD software is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 0

-3 years

of experience in CAD design or as a CAD Trainer. Freshers with strong CAD knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
