We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Technician with 2-4 years of experience to support architectural and mechanical design projects in the glass and construction industry. The role includes site supervision and collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project accuracy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and 3Ds Max.
Assist in drafting layouts for civil works such as trenching, channeling, and crossings.
Utilize tools like Google SketchUp, Pro-E/CREO, and Creo Schematics for advanced design.
Manage drawing layers and ensure consistency across project files.
Visit project sites for supervision, measurement verification, and reporting.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers for design validation and updates.
Report site progress and issues to the project manager in a timely manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or related field.
2-4 years of experience in AutoCAD design and drafting.
Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and mechanical or civil drafting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle site supervision and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong management and customer service orientation.
