Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Interior Design & Infrastructure Executive

who will manage the overall design, setup, and maintenance of office interiors and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors and contractors, maintain project data on Google Sheets, and ensure alignment between 2D design plans and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Interior Design & Infrastructure Management



Oversee the design, setup, and regular maintenance of office interiors, meeting rooms, and washrooms. Ensure all spaces are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with company standards. Assist in optimizing space utilization and improving workplace layouts.

2. Data & Documentation (Google Sheets)



Maintain and regularly update project-related data, budgets, and progress reports using Google Sheets. Prepare and track cost estimations, timelines, and vendor deliverables. Support management with analytical reports and dashboards.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management



Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery and quality compliance. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency. Maintain vendor databases and evaluate performance for continuous improvement.

4. Team Coordination



Conduct regular site visits with the design and operations team to verify execution against 2D AutoCAD plans. Support workplace strategy, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain accurate and updated floor plans and design documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:



AutoCAD (2D Drawing Software)

- Proficient in creating and interpreting 2D layout drawings.

Infrastructure Knowledge

- Understanding of basic office infrastructure, interiors, and facilities management.

Layout Planning & Drawing

- Ability to conceptualize and plan effective layouts for office spaces.

Google Sheets

- Basic knowledge for maintaining budgets, reports, and project tracking.

Qualifications:



Education:

Graduate (Completed or Pursuing) -- preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in interior design coordination, project management, or facility setup.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
