Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CAD Sales Executive to promote and sell our Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of CAD tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.) and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software, engineering, or construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, construction firms, manufacturing companies, and educational institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of CAD solutions.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing technical or sales-related queries.
Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Provide post-sale support, including onboarding assistance and coordinating with technical teams for implementation.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CAD technologies.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
4. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads through campaigns, trade shows, and webinars.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in CAD software, SaaS, or technical solutions.
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) is a strong plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and goal-oriented approach.
Preferred Attributes:

Existing network in the engineering, architecture, or manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of subscription-based software sales models.
Compensation & Benefits:

INR 25,000/- to INR 30,000/- per month + commission/incentives worth INR 30,000/-. Per month
Travel allowances.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
