CAD Operator with Navisworks and BIM Expertise US based company, this is a direct employment with the company not thru an agency. We are seeking a skilled CAD operator with expertise in Navisworks and BIM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks, producing construction documents and 3D level drawings. We are looking for:

• We are looking for someone who has expert level knowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Navisworks.
• We can train on the pipe and duct.
• We are trying something new and need a person that is willing to learn, explore. Below is a summary of what we are looking to do.
• This position requires US work hours 6 AM - 2 PM CST for the first year.

What we are looking to do:

• Import point cloud data from a laser scanner.
• Build a model of the existing conditions from the point cloud data.
• Overlay our work (HVAC & Piping) using a library of products.
• Finalize drawings in CAD
• Create spool drawings
• Our goal is to use the drawings created to pre fabricate assemblies in our shop (Pipe and Duct work)

Responsibilities:

• Generate CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks
• Produce construction documents and 3D level drawings
• Create spool drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to bring all individual models together into one place using Navisworks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
