About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced

CAD Instructor

to join our team in

Mumbai

. This role is perfect for a technical expert who loves to teach and mentor the next generation of design professionals, specifically in the field of jewelry or product design using advanced CAD software. Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Training:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules and lessons for Rhino and Matrix CAD software.

Curriculum Management:

Regularly update course content to reflect the latest software features, industry best practices, and design trends.

Student Support:

Provide one-on-one mentorship, constructive feedback, and technical support to students, helping them master complex modeling techniques.

Practical Application:

Focus training on practical, real-world design scenarios relevant to the jewelry and product manufacturing industries.

Assessment:

Evaluate student performance through projects, assignments, and exams to ensure competency and successful learning outcomes.

Lab Maintenance:

Ensure all computer workstations and software licenses are properly maintained and updated for effective instruction.
What You'll Bring

Experience:

Minimum of

1 year to 3.5 years

of professional experience in CAD instruction or significant industry experience coupled with a passion for teaching.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level command of

Rhino 3D

(Rhinoceros) and

MatrixGold

(or Matrix). Knowledge of V-Ray or other rendering engines is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of design principles, drafting standards, and the manufacturing processes (e.g., rapid prototyping, 3D printing, casting) relevant to the software's application.

Teaching Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be adept at explaining complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
