The Stantec community unites approximately 32,000 employees working in over 450 locations across 6 continents.Responsibilities:Functions under the oversight and supervision of a Senior Engineer/Project LeadProduction of architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical contract drawings and specifications for multiple telecommunications projects using AutoCADCoordination of structural, mechanical, electrical drawings and specifications with architectural contract documents for telecommunication facilitiesUse the internet or reference documents to determine site specific jurisdictional requirementsEnsure that drawings are checked, approved, and filed in accordance with company quality systemModify and refine existing designs based on feedback from engineers, ensuring they meet functionality, performance, and aesthetic goalsMaintain organized records of design revisions, technical specifications, and project documentationQualifications:Technical college diploma or degree or equivalent experienceTechnical or vocational training in drafting technology1- 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting within the consulting industryExperience in the Wireless Telecom industry is an assetProficient in AutoCAD 2018-2020Current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in CAD software and design methodologies to continuously improve design processesUnderstanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical disciplines and capability of coordinating drawing production for these disciplinesStructural detailing is an assetPhotoshop experience is an assetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applicationsProficiency in Spoken and Written English languageExcellent organization skillsAbility to be detailed oriented, function in a multi-task environment, follow complex instructions, and meet fast paced deadlinesProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environmentDemonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesAbility to work overtime as required to meet client deadlinesPrimary Location: India | VisakhapatnamOrganization: Stantec IN Business UnitEmployee Status: RegularJob Level: NonmanagerTravel: NoSchedule: Full timeJob Posting: 21/04/2025 07:04:29Req ID: 1000872
