Job Title: Civil/Architectural Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Civil/Architectural Engineer to lead training programs in design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both students and working professionals. This role involves curriculum development, practical instruction, and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in civil and architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth software training sessions for students and working professionals in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related tools.

2. Design and deliver engaging training programs based on learner backgrounds and industry demands.

3. Develop comprehensive training content, course materials, and hands-on projects.

4. Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

5. Stay current with emerging design technologies, industry practices, and software updates.

6. Adapt training methods and content to suit diverse learning needs and professional goals.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)

2. Strong understanding of civil/architectural design, drafting, and modeling practices.

3. Excellent training, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to simplify complex software tools and tailor training to various experience levels.

Software Proficiency:

1. AutoCAD

2. Revit (Architecture & Structure)

3. SketchUp

4. 3ds Max with V-Ray

5. Additional visualization/rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion - a plus)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

0-1 years of experience in design, drafting, visualization, or software training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
