Business Development: Develop and execute territory-specific strategic plans targeting machine shops, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and high-volume machining environments.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Consultative Selling: Lead discovery meetings to analyze manufacturing workflows (milling, turning, mill-turn) and propose tailored CAM solutions that highlight Return on Investment (ROI).
Technical Collaboration: Partner with Applications Engineers to deliver customer-specific software demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years in technical B2B sales within the CAM, CNC, or CAD/CAM/CAE domain.
Software Proficiency: Experience with ESPRIT CAM or direct competitors (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, GibbsCAM) is highly preferred.
