Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive
to join our growing team and drive business growth by promoting our high-quality hoist solutions to leading builders and civil contractors.
Job Summary
As an
Cad Engineer
you will play a pivotal role in expanding Liftec's Sales and service presence in India. Your primary responsibility will be to give best technical service to client, build strong client relationships,support of marketing and drive best technical service for our
Prepare Inspection, Installation, dismantle work done report to customer for approval.
Discussion on plans and coordinate with service team for work plan.
Conduct site, Machine inspection to understand customer needs and monitor on installation,Dismantle and maintenance activities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide clients with detailed
technical and safety solution
.
Share client concern and points with the team to identify areas for improvement.
3. Sales and marketing support
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and coordinate with sales team.
Find site information for construction plan of client and coordinate with sales team.
4. Safety and service meeting etc
Prepare safety and work plan & report an
d service proposals
to customer requirements.
Discussion on plans and work done with client for feedbacks.
5. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with
sales, finance, and billing teams
to ensure seamless execution of projects.
6. Reporting to management
Maintain detailed records of all site &service activities, including customer interactions and progress updates.
Prepare and submit
daily activist reports
to the management.
Skills & Qualifications
1-10 years
of experience in cad work, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of hoists, lifting equipment, or similar products is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
