Deliver subject training on Building Design, Estimation & Costing, BIM, Structural Design, and MEP Design.
Prepare, update, and organize training materials, presentations, and course modules.
Conduct practical sessions, live projects, and interactive workshops for hands-on learning.
Assess trainees' performance, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.
Stay updated with the latest software features, industry practices, and emerging trends to ensure training relevance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong command over CAD/BIM software and industry-standard tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Prior teaching/training experience preferred; freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
