Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing detailed drawings, 2D drafting, and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate CAD drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details) as per architectural inputs Convert conceptual sketches and mark-ups into detailed technical drawings Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy Update and revise drawings based on client and site requirements Maintain organized drawing files and documentation Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and company guidelines

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architecture or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is an added advantage Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with the design team Minimum

1-3 years

of drafting experience preferred
