Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D/3D drawings, layouts, and blueprints

using AutoCAD or other CAD software. Interpret and translate

sketches, concepts, and technical inputs

from engineers/architects into accurate drawings. Ensure drawings comply with

industry codes, standards, and project specifications

. Revise and update designs based on

feedback, site changes, or modifications

. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain an organized database of drawings and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in

Draftsmanship

(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural). Proficiency in

AutoCAD / Revit / SolidWorks / other CAD software

. Strong understanding of

engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical details

. Minimum

1-3 years of drafting experience in real estate

. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (as per company norms)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mundian Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
