Job Description

Schopfer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer/Technical Designer to join our design and production team in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings for modular furniture manufacturing and interior projects. This role requires close coordination with our designers, site teams, and factory to translate concepts into high-quality execution

Key Responsibilities

:


Develop detailed technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, and furniture/joinery details.


Collaborate with interior designers and site teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.


Modify and update drawings as needed based on site feedback and project changes.
Visit project sites for site measurements and drawing verifications.


Maintain a well-organized archive of project drawings and CAD files.


Generate accurate material cutting lists for production.


Coordinate with factory supervisors and fitting/assembly teams to resolve technical queries.

Requirements

:


Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.


Minimum 2 years of experience in interior or architectural drafting.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.


Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
