Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SolidWorks PDM Professional and Standard solutions for
clients, including vault setup, workflow development, and user/group management.

Conduct discovery sessions, needs analysis, and solution design for client PDM
deployments.

Customize data cards, templates, search cards, and workflows to align with customer-
specific processes.

Develop and deliver end-user and administrator training, both onsite and virtually. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PDM-related issues, working
closely with customer IT and engineering teams.

Perform PDM upgrades, migrations, and legacy system conversions. Develop custom solutions and automation using SolidWorks API, C#, or VB.NET as
needed.

Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to assist with demos, proof of concepts,
and technical proposals.

Stay current with Dassault Systemes certifications, software updates, and best
practices.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-
quality service and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience with SolidWorks similar data management softwares Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD, Windows Server, and SQL Server administration. Experience with customizing workflows, templates, data cards, and vault settings. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Preferred Skills:

SolidWorks certifications: Certified PDM Administrator (CPDA) and/or CSWP. Experience with ERP integrations or engineering change management workflows. Scripting or development experience using VB.NET, C#, or the SolidWorks API. Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
