Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer to prepare accurate and detailed CAD drawings for interior and acoustic projects as per requirements. The candidate must have strong knowledge of design software, interior finishes, and shop drawing preparation to support project execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare CAD drawings for acoustic and interior projects as per requirements.

Create detailed shop drawings for construction and consultant approvals.

Develop interior finishes, elevations, floor plans, ceiling plans, and reflected ceiling plans.

Prepare detailed sectional drawings from basic design inputs.

Translate general specifications (written or emailed) into accurate drawings.

Conduct site visits for as-built drawings, inspections, and provide instructions if site work deviates from approved shop drawings.

Propose alternative design concepts to meet client requirements.

Attend site meetings as required.

Collaborate with project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Revise and correct drawings as requested by the Director.

Produce both 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years' experience in Interior Projects.

2+ years' experience in AutoCAD.

2+ years' experience in SketchUp.

2+ years' experience in 3ds Max.

2+ years' experience in Revit.

Required Qualifications:

Any Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in interior projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit .

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?31,484.22 per month
