Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

CAD Designer

with a strong passion for interior design and architectural elevation drawing. You will work closely with our design and execution teams to create precise 2D and 3D design drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed

2D floor plans

,

interior layouts

, and

elevation drawings

using AutoCAD and other design software. Create

3D models

and visual representations for client presentations. Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements. Prepare working drawings for execution teams including electrical layouts, plumbing, furniture detailing, etc. Modify designs based on feedback and ensure drawings are accurate and meet project specifications. Maintain organized CAD files and ensure version control. Stay updated with the latest trends in interior and architectural design.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D & 3D),

SketchUp

Photoshop

, or other CAD software. Good knowledge of

construction techniques

. Ability to interpret architectural sketches and convert them into CAD drawings. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
