Mohsar Builders LLP is seeking a talented and detail-oriented

CAD Designer

to support our construction projects with accurate and high-quality drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AutoCAD and other design software, and a solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting:

Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for construction, architectural, structural, and interior design projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software. Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and site supervisors to understand project requirements and incorporate them into design drafts. Modify designs based on feedback and ensure compliance with project standards.

Documentation & File Management:

Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation. Ensure timely updates of design changes and version control.

Site Support:

Coordinate with on-site teams to interpret drawings accurately and assist in resolving discrepancies. Occasionally visit project sites to gather measurements and confirm design feasibility.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes, zoning laws, and construction standards. Maintain awareness of current construction trends and technological tools.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting Technology or related field. Minimum [2-5] years of experience in CAD design for construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM tools is a plus. Strong understanding of construction materials, structural details, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
