Develop detailed drawings, layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, LAN, etc.).
Software Proficiency:
Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and potentially BIM workflows for 2D/3D modeling.
Collaboration:
Work with Electrical Engineers, Architects, MEP teams to integrate designs and resolve clashes.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure all designs adhere to local codes and international standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA).
Documentation:
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, data sheets, and manage drawing databases.
Coordination:
Liaise with vendors, manage RFIs (Requests for Information), and support site teams during installation and commissioning.
Quality Control:
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
