Profile: CAD DESIGNER

Job Purpose As a CAD Designer, you will be instrumental in translating creative 3D concepts into precise, production-ready technical drawings. Your work will ensure feasibility, structural integrity, and alignment with client expectations and production capabilities across experiential spaces, events, and activations. Key Responsibilities o Technical Drawings & Layout Finalization Develop and refine 2D layout plans, fabrication details, and structural drawings for events and exhibitions. o Creative-Production Collaboration Partner with 3D Visualisers, Project Managers, and Production Leads to ensure accurate execution of creative concepts. o Material Intelligence & Feasibility Planning Recommend materials and fabrication techniques that balance aesthetics, durability, cost, and safety compliance. o Accuracy in Spatial Planning Optimize space usage considering attendee flow, structural balance, safety norms, and venue constraints. o Documentation & Version Control Maintain organized drawing repositories and ensure version control for internal and vendor use. o Site Coordination & Technical Supervision Support on-site teams during setup and dismantling, resolving deviations and ensuring design fidelity. o Innovation in CAD Best Practices Enhance workflows and drawing standards through structured file logic and updated conventions. Qualifications & Experience o Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related technical field o 4-6 years of CAD design experience in events, exhibitions, architecture, or experiential marketing o Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools o Strong understanding of structures, materials, dimensions, and venue layouts o Ability to interpret 3D views into 2D production-ready documents Skills & Competencies o Expertise in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical layouts o Precision in translating design briefs into buildable drawings o Familiarity with event and exhibition design requirements o Attention to scale, accuracy, and feasibility o Knowledge of fabrication techniques and safety norms o Strong collaboration and communication across teams o Ability to manage timelines and perform under pressure o Clear visual communication through standardized CAD documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
